School Tours and Day Camps

We extend a big welcome to groups of children and school tours coming to visit for the day, and have happily catered for parties of up to 60!

Our programme includes lessons, hands on practice, and quizzes on caring for a pony, pony rides for all the children, and a nature treasure trail with prizes.

While all pony rides take place outdoors, we can provide alternative entertainment to the nature treasure trail under cover, if the weather is bad.

Our school tour/summer camp day visit programmes are suitable for children aged from 4 years upwards.

50 seater coaches have difficulty accessing our yard. We recommend you bring two smaller coaches or be prepared to walk the half mile up hill from the bridge at the bottom of our lane.

Group of 15 - 30: cost per child €12

Group of 31 or more: cost per child €10
